How long does delivery take?

Can I return or exchange lingerie?
For hygiene reasons all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Hand wash cold, use a lingerie bag if machine washing on a delicate cycle, and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing lace.
